Crispy Floss Egg Crepe

A whole, fresh egg lightly panfried and topped with an imported spring onion crepe. The crepe is allowed to puff slightly to achieve a somewhat crispy exterior. A generous amount of crispy chicken floss is placed on top and the crepe is rolled up and cut to bite sized pieces before being served. The Crispy Floss Egg Crepe may be eaten with its accompanying sauce for an enhanced taste.

肉松蛋餅

一粒新鮮的雞蛋放入油鍋中微微浸煎,并撒上爆香的進口洋蔥,直至稍微卷曲蓬松略脆,再鋪上一層厚厚的雞肉松,后往前推滾卷成圓筒狀,切成小餅塊即可端上。進食時沾上特制醬汁,更是可口美味。
